School Workshops

Meet Some of the Ease Musicians Team
The Ease Project - Schools and Colleges
.
The EASE project brings together music and mental health professionals to address the anxiety epidemic in a way that is meaningful and engaging for young people.

We do this by building mental resilience by exploring what anxiety is, the various ways it can manifest, and how it can be managed.

Each session is based in our bespoke inflatable pod. This creates a sense of magic from the start. Content then combines live music, multimedia and discussion to explore what anxiety is, the various ways it can manifest, and how it can be managed.

The element of music engages young people in a way that is relevant to them, and the non-verbal elements of music can be used to convey some of the physical and emotional elements of anxiety in a way that words alone cannot.

The programme is adaptable for use with secondary and tertiary level students and the top years of national schools
Costs & Booking

The Ease Project receives funding support that subsides the majority of the cost of each school session. This leaves the school contribution as €400 for a day long session.
